Over more than a decade of work the Centre for Media Development and Analysis (CRMA) has implemented dozens of multisectoral projects, especially in the area of anti-corruption reforms, becoming one of the leaders of civil society in the country and the region in the fight against corruption. Every new project represents a new challenge and responsibility, and the scale of expectations is lifted. The development of the portal “Pratimo tendere” had brought an additional burden of responsibility for at least two reasons: public procurements are inherently one of the most complex areas for research, and up till now Bosnia and Herzegovina did not have a web platform specifically intended for monitoring and detecting risky and corrupt public procurements. Thanks to the professionals of App Impact, our pioneering endeavour has come to life. Professionalism – a word that we sometimes easily say and uncritically assign, is in the case of App impact said without any hesitation. I had witnessed competence, knowledge and expertise, true dedication and reliability during eight months of working together daily. App impact had at least two solutions to each of our dilemmas, and a timely response to every new request, often going a step ahead with innovative proposals for the functionality and content of the portal as additional values. Being in the event management industry for 15 years, we learnt how to recognize best solutions in each segment of an event organization. I rarely had an opportunity to work with a team of real talents who stand out like our colleagues from App Impact.
